Q: I fail to register my product using my product key

A: There are many reasons not able to register 

  1. Please check your internet connection, make sure it's connection to internet
  2. Please temporary turn off windows firewall
  3. Please check if you are any antivirus running like Norton Antivirus and etc, please turn it off completely. Turn on the antivirus after the registration completed.
    p/s: If you are using Norton 360 Antivirus together with "Microsoft Security Essentials" also installed on the computer, please uninstall "Microsoft Security Essentials". These two software cannot work together.
