The product key will be send out automatically after the payment process completed. It will be send to you with email title "Purchase of Xin Invoice xxxxx" by using sales@xincube.com by default, we also will send you the product key using xincube@gmail.com / sales.xincube@gmail.com if the email bounced back.
There maybe few hours buffer but if you haven't receive any product key in your inbox after 8 hours.
- Please check your junk/spam mail folder
- Please make sure your email is not spam protected that need manual verification
If you still can get your product key, please send us email and provide us another alternative email address.
