I'm using normal user account without administration. When try to open Xin Inventory 2.0, it hang or freeze there and nothing happen. 

Make sure it's execute as Administrator
The application / software need to execute using administrator right. Please check on http://support.xincube.com/KB/a8/xin-invoice-hang-when-i-open-it.aspx on how to "Run As Administrator.


If the software is running not using administrator account, please make sure you have the password and perform the following task or login in using administrator account to perform following task.

1. Create a normal Short-Cut to XinInventory.exe on the desktop (C:\Program Files\Xin\Xin Inventory 2.0 or C:\Program Files (x86)\Xin\Xin Inventory 2.0). 
2. Right-click the short-cut and select Properties. 
3. In the Target box, insert the following before the path to XinInventory.exe: "runas /savecred /user:administrator ". 
4. Double-click the new short-cut, and enter the administrator password.




Install Fix - Old version software installed in your computer 

If above setting cannot solve your the problem, please try to download file from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=5783

  1. After you have downloaded the SSCERuntime-ENU.exe , please double click the SSCERuntime-ENU.exe file to extract the file to your computer.
  2. Go to the extraction location and click on SSCERuntime_x86-ENU.msi to install the update.
  3. For 64-bit computer, please proceed to click on SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.msi to install the update.
