Sometimes user will face hang problem when try to open Xin Invoice very first time after installation, some will display error message "Xin invoice 3.0 has stopped working, Windows is checking for solution.". This is caused by UAC that stop any application from running if the application is not run as administrator. 


To solve this issue, 

  1. Right click on Xin Invoice shortcut in Desktop to click on the Properties


  2. We can see the Xin Invoice installation location and folder. For 32 bit System, the default path normally is in "C:\Program Files\Xin\Xin Invoice 3.0\", for 64 bit system, the default installation path normally is in "C:\Program Files (x86) \Xin\Xin Invoice 3.0\"


  3. Now we go to the correct installation path, Right click on XinInvoice.exe file and click on Properties 


  4. In the XinInvoice Properties popup windows, click on Compatibility Tab and Check/tick on Run this program as Administrator and Click on OK button.


Now, try to open Xin Invoice again. 


Install Fix - Old version software installed in your computer 

If above setting cannot solve your the problem, please try to download file from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=5783

  1. After you have downloaded the SSCERuntime-ENU.exe , please double click the SSCERuntime-ENU.exe file to extract the file to your computer.
  2. Go to the extraction location and click on SSCERuntime_x86-ENU.msi to install the update.
  3. For 64-bit computer, please proceed to click on SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.msi to install the update.
